Practicing loving-Kindfulness doesn’t mean we are a pushover. In fact, many times the loving-kindfullness action to do is to set our boundaries.

First is The Ten Stages then THE PROGRAM: Practicing loving-Kindfulness doesn’t mean we are a pushover. In fact, many times the loving-kindfullness action to do is to set our boundaries.

As with everything we talk about here at the program, the key is balance. Too many boundaries and you close off; no boundaries and you lose yourself.

We have to learn a valuable lesson: the boundaries of loving-kindfulness.

One of the most challenging lessons we had to learn was the lesson of giving TOO MUCH away to others without regard for ourselves.

This was a painful and crippling lesson for us to learn emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially. We were bankrupt across the board. It was ironic because we were promoting a message of self-love, but didn’t have any for ourselves.
Of course it is in giving that we receive, but that starts with ourselves.

If we are not full of program power and authority of the child within, we will have nothing to give away.  We learned that boundaries are very important. We learned that we had to be fulfilled before we could be fulfilling in any human relationship or partnership with our hidden child.

We learned this lesson through our personal pain, but it has since become a path of joy. Our shadow self hated the transformation from that dark place to our lives now, but each time our shadow self got mad, our child within celebrated.

Now, We are living re-joined to our child within. It started through Loving-Kindfulness, then grew from giving that loving-kindfulness away and is sustained by a balance of giving to myself and to others. We have never experienced more consistent joy in our life as a result of those painful first stages in our recovery and we would do them all over again if we have to, because on the other side, re-generation is both beautiful and sweet.

Are you lost living your life for others and abandoning yourself in the process?

The Program On-Mobile a new recovery phenomena A recent study hit the headlines when it found that some social media users could develop the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by viewing violent or disturbing content. Should we be worried? The headlines were stark: "Online videos can cause post-traumatic stress disorder" one said, while another announced: "Social media users 'traumatised'". The controversial suggestion was that watching gruesome videos and images online at home could lead to the same types of symptoms most associated with combat veterans. The stories were triggered by a study released earlier this month by Dr Pam Ramsden, a researcher at the University of Bradford. Ramsden surveyed 189 people about their reactions to a range of events. She found that more than a fifth of respondents scored high on clinical measures of PTSD from seeing pictures on social media - even though they hadn't experienced the traumatic events f...

Puraline spontaneous resting activity discovered in the cortex of newborn infants called the stream of consciousness

Newborn infants(the puraline) fulfil some criteria of being conscious i.e. being aware of the body, the self and the world. They are able to differentiate between self and non-self touch, express emotions and show signs of shared feelings. They process sensory impressions including pain at a cortical level. They remember rhythmic sounds and vowels which they have been exposed to during foetal life. The spontaneous resting activity discovered in the cortex of newborn infants called the stream of consciousness.
