Breath is All.....The Program

The breath does not just begin or support life, the breath is the totality of life. It is life, far beyond the simple movement of the lungs in the bodies of mammals. Every single movement in the cosmos is a movement of, the Cosmic Breath. In our own personal cosmos of the body and mind (including their subtle levels), nothing occurs that is not a movement of breath. Every life process is breath itself. Ramsden surveyed 189 people about their reactions to a range of events. She found that more than a fifth of respondents scored high on clinical measures of PTSD from seeing pictures on social media - even though they hadn't experienced the traumatic events f...

Out of fear of being awakened such parents unconsciously traumatise us in order to mute our honesty. They humiliate us to force us to lock our truth in back alleys of the psyche, and they freeze our memory with ice to keep us from remembering......But remember we do.
