The Stages advocate full acceptance and expression of our human nature.

The Stages advocate full acceptance and expression of our human nature.

This lets us be fully alive. From there, we also believe in tapping into the higher awareness that is our child within, that is the observer of the human mind and emotions.

We are part child within part human. To deny either is to deny who we are.

We can’t just sit around and  justify our negativity as “being human.” And we also can’t not express ourselves because we are “child within” We need both. We are both.

This is the beautiful balance that we get to walk as our child within beings having a human experience.

we have found that when we let ourself express, when we allow ourself to be who we are – without any judgement – amazing things happen.

And once we express ourself – without judgement – we do my best to bring our awareness, our child's perspective into the moment.

our aim is to have our child awareness be there as we are being triggered, so that we catch ourself faster.

We all have triggers. We all have intense emotions, both dark and light. These are not good or bad – they are just information.

We must allow ourselves to express ourselves; we must allow ourselves to be FULLY human and FULLY child within.

The controversial suggestion was that watching gruesome videos and images online at home could lead to the same types of symptoms most associated with combat veterans. The stories were triggered by a study released earlier this month by Dr Pam Ramsden, a researcher at the University of Bradford. Ramsden surveyed 189 people about their reactions to a range of events. She found that more than a fifth of respondents scored high on clinical measures of PTSD from seeing pictures on social media - even though they hadn't experienced the traumatic events f...

Puraline spontaneous resting activity discovered in the cortex of newborn infants called the stream of consciousness

Newborn infants(the puraline) fulfil some criteria of being conscious i.e. being aware of the body, the self and the world. They are able to differentiate between self and non-self touch, express emotions and show signs of shared feelings. They process sensory impressions including pain at a cortical level. They remember rhythmic sounds and vowels which they have been exposed to during foetal life. The spontaneous resting activity discovered in the cortex of newborn infants called the stream of consciousness.
